Two equally true things:
(1) it's an important time for sharing political news, and I'm grateful for the updates.
(2) I've appreciated how conversations about science and other topics are possible here on the fediverse while politics has understandably overwhelmed the algorithms on other platforms. There's no point posting about anything else in those places.
