i meant like stuff you got out of a wood fire or bbq, in a fine nylon bag
i use charcoal that is formed in my bbq to filter rain water, works great... mainly just to catch the microplastics and odd bit of crap like car exhaust polution and pesticide residue coming from my neighbours farms
