Hank G ☑️ (npub1agu…j0sk) TBH, I don't find store-bought tempeh very good, and it's expensive. Homemade is cheap & tasty. Making it (once you have the setup & supplies) is as easy as making scrambled eggs, but with more time between steps. From start to finish, a batch takes me 72 hours.
