Nah but he will be forced to restructure/sell Twitter to make it work. He’ll probably get Peter Thiel or someone like that to help him financially, the right is desperate for social media clout as seen by things like truth.social, they really want some control when it comes to the internet social space. Election year next year, Koch brothers might throw some chips to Elon. Just speculating tbh.
