This happens to me almost every time I upload a video for content. I can’t figure out why some will and some won’t. If the video is more than 10 seconds, or sent to me by someone who recorded on their phone it seems to never upload. I was really hoping to stop using all other social media platforms for my business, but Primal is not what I’m going to use until they fix this issue.
