We had a problem with Century link and they didn't fix it for 2 weeks! I tried TMo 5G and it worked pretty well.
I eventually returned it b/c they do this weird NAT thing and only give out ipv6, which messed up some of my home lan projects. We ended up with Xfinity (who seems to at least care when it is down for an hour).
But I recommend 5G to people still. It is great tech.
