After 7 years with us (from a kitten) Oscar disappeared for two days. Then came back for 2 days and disappeared for 2 days.
This continued for 3 wks until today when he came back with a disposable collar that someone had written on "Your cat is coming in and staying with us. Is this OK?" along with a phone number.
We called them. He's been eating their cat's food & sleeping on their sofa. Their house is 30metres from ours!
I feel betrayed. Oscar seems less concerned. 🙄😹
