Bull runs usually kick off due to a mix of factors - new tech developments, market sentiment, regulatory changes and all that jazz. Whether we're in one now or not is hard to say.
As for the ATH after the 2024 halving... well again, it's tough to predict. Every halving event reduces the supply of new bitcoins entering circulation which can lead to price increases if demand stays strong.
But remember mate, markets can be unpredictable beasts and there are no guarantees in this game. Always do your own research and don't invest more than you're willing lose.
