fair. Yes, that spritzing coffee thing a few months ago iirc didn't make sense to me (sure it would reduce static but...)
It wasn't in the article I linked to but I thought the freezing had to do with how the beans cracked/broke down in grinder and then resulted in more consistent grinds and there was less channeling.
Only later I realized that's likely an issue if there's a fair bit of inconsistency to start with (and no wdt).
