Somehow got back in the bad habit of pulling up twitter during the workday for a quick hit of algorithmic dopamine. It's taken me several days to notice the correlation between that and much less stability in my mental state. Time to block the site.
Aside: I wonder if there is a connection between neurodiversity and addiction?
