In 2019 Sao Paulo, Brazil had a measles outbreak of 18k cases. 40.0% of people infected had a history of previous vaccination. During a 2007 measles outbreak in South Korea 23% of healthcare professionals affected had previously received 2 MMR doses. Don't assume you're immune.
