Kallian (npub1xaz…r2du) ninja8tyu (npub1awr…jftx) I speak from my own experience of Therapy helping me, I happened to get a good therapist and she helped me through some of my issues, because personally I needed someone to help point out my issues. Now it doesn't help anyone, Sometimes SSRIs help people because it just works right with them for some reason, or they find other ways to help, but it's best not to go alone with such a hard and rather taxing mental and emotional process. In my Opinion and Exprience you can't just go "Therapy Never Works " or "SSRIs" Never work when it works for some people and not others, everyone is wired differently but I do hope everyone finds ways to work with their issues.
