Well, it appears my scumbag tenants are bailing on us. She's been moving shit out of the unit for a week or more, and today, rent day, she's filling her truck up with clothes, a TV, and her dishes. When the missus and I went out to ask her if she's bailing on us, she told us that was none of our business, and that we were harrassing her. Something tells me this isn't the first time this crazy cnut has bailed on her obligations and responsibilities.
