White conservative men are longing to return to a society that never existed except on a 1950s Hollywood screen.
Smiling housewives in pretty, ironed and starched dresses, high heel shoes, and clean frilly aprons with their perfect hair and makeup did not exist except in wealthy homes where there were servants, and even then they hiding behind a facade and were unhappy and depressed but too afraid to speak up for fear of losing their home and financial support.
Women back in those days were exhausted and depressed. Suicide rates were higher than now. Alcoholism was a problem.
White Christian Nationalists male and female are celebrating now, but soon will discover they just shot themselves in the foot, or worse.
