some people seem confused about the
strike (npub1ex7…vyt9) announcement. outside of the US, the strike wallet is kind of like the blink wallet (formerly known as bitcoin beach wallet) from what i understand. users can choose to receive payments in their cash wallet (currently held as USDT) or their bitcoin wallet. so difference between strike and blink is that strike uses a stablecoin held with a custodian (at least i think that's how it works) while blink uses a derivative product to keep their USD wallet value pegged to the USD value. for now, strike only has light kyc for every country outside of the US which is name, email, and dob iirc.
