Current front runners appear to be:
* "Pocket Engineer" that has metric/us rulers, protractor/compass, and photogrammetric scale: https://a.co/d/17EcjHz
* PCB ruler with metric/us (but not a lot of hashes), electronics components, and wire AWG holes: https://a.co/d/8x5Uakp
They're cheap enough I may get both and see what I like. If nothing else they would be handy to keep in a desk drawer, too.
