I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m not a person who likes writing in Markdown and that the CMS situation for static sites is just awful for personal use.
So I set up a self-hosted Ghost blog as a test, which I’m actually enjoying. Spun it up on Pikapods for a couple bucks a month, which I think is totally reasonable.
