After my 2nd C-section I had the same thing happen. That birth was traumatic since my anesthesia didn't take fully and I had terrible pain when they were cutting me. But I just focus all my attention on what's in front of me when I get those intrusive images now. My doctor told me last time it's called Postpartum OCD, where you obsess over things usually revolving around baby's safety. Except I have 4 babies now
