Well, this is depressing. The nurse who sent mom to the hospice unit agrees with me. They should never have given her Xanax AND morphine, especially since she’d had adverse reactions to Xanax before—and hospice staff never made a note of it. But it wasn’t on her list of ok-ed meds, either, so why would they give Xanax to a 97yo at all? Water under the bridge, but still…
