One thing that stuck out to me was an older person who was asking for computer help. I asked him to show me what we was looking for on one of the library stations like how he'd do it at home. He used the Windows 95 search menu to find a file in his documents.
The moment stuck with me in that he was so inadvertently ahead of the curve. Search-based operation only really took off later when the computing power made it more responsive
