Minette Batters (soon to be ex-head of National Framer Union) has observed (in the FT), that not only have their been seven #Environment Secretaries since #Brexit, slowing down the formulation of #agricultural policy, what policy has been put in place has ended up with 'large landowners effectively living off the state'.
#Farming policy mostly prioritises industrialised farming & penalising small/family #farms.
Those of us who saw local Farmers campaign for Brexit may have little sympathy.
