Seeing a weird thing on a site proxied by #Cloudflare.. randomly (about 1 in 50 requests) there'll be a 301 (permanent redirect) sent back to the same URL. Not an upgrade from http to https which looks different. There's minimal headers. It does NOT happen when hitting the source endpoint directly. The result is the browser caches the 301 and fails to load the resource due to TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.
