Arcana (nprofile…xfx6) I think what causes it is that the people who have it were probably molested at some point and feel deeply ashamed of the fact that their body reacted with arousal when a sexual act was being done to them by a person of the same sex, or a family member, etc. So, in order to meme themselves that they enjoyed it and were more in control of the situation and their own body than they were at the time, they adopt a persona of being a "bottom" because that's preferable to admitting that they were victimized. And even if they do consciously admit that they were victimized, the subconscious persists in the act because it makes them feel better internally.
