The crisis in the Courts (England & Wales) continues...with one of the key problems being cases not proceeding due to a lack of legal representation....
Having said that, problems of no courts available, poor case preparation & unavailable witnesses or defendant are also on the rise....
Brioadly speaking we need to spend a lot more on our justice system, when the average wait for a case to get to court has now become 22 months - justice delayed is justice denied.
