#Watching THE BICYCLE THIEVES

The feel good movie of no year. Not much I'm going to add to the discourse of one of the must lauded movies of all time, but I will add some of the fun facts I learned from the 16K Ultra I got from the future. The digitized Jabba the Hutt works better than you think it will.
Resolution so good the existential dread just pops in high definition, just like Vittorio De Sica intended.
-The kid who played Bruno (Enzo Staiola) grew up to be a guy who stole bicycles, but we don't talk about Bruno after he grew up. Really parents, you couldn't add a "U" to his name?
-The bicycle in the movie actually gained sentient life and tried out for the Disney Herbie movies later in its career, but during one of the audition told Dean Jones to "**** Its ****" and was immediately thrown off the set.
In 1981 it tried to resurrect its career playing the bike Elliot and ET ride across, but it told Henry Thomas and ET to "**** Its ****" and never worked again.
One of the greatest #movies of all time in involving a bike.
