I would reach out to them and try to get it straightened out. I've been using mine for about a year and a half now and the benefits aren't quite as good as they were but you can still stack up some sats for sure. I have most of my direct deposit go there and I pay almost all of my bills from there. Even my mortgage through paypal now as well. My fold card is the payment method on paypal and thats a little bit of a workaround to earn more sats. I only use my regular bank account for the few antiquated bills that don't let you pay with a debit card. Gas, groceries, amazon (buy gift cards first). It's definitely worth it IMO
