There is only a few times in life that unicorns are real. Got to lead a tasting for a client and his buddies. Teaching is fun but being drunk courtesy of Bond is even better. 2013 vintage rocked. These are still considered young but evolved magically just hinting at their potential. Wine teaches low time preferences whether you grow, ferment or just patiently wait to open. There is a lot that goes into this and that’s why some cost $15 or $1500. #winestr
