There are a few photo competitions here but havent seen any with a critical mass of quality submissions and its going to be hard to get that with the small / niche audience currently on the Fediverse.
I think technically the way hashtags federate makes it harder to participate on here as well, following along doesnt guarantee seeing what people post, can groups help with that?
