I woke up pretty early this morning, when there was just the slightest bit of early morning light. I was still very tired but wanted to get up out of bed anyways.

So I go to turn on the lights using the switch next to the bed and, huh, the lights don’t turn on. I guess the battery died in the switch.

I go to use my phone’s flashlight and… that won’t turn on either no matter how many times I try.

I get out of bed and rush to turn on the ceiling light on the bedroom. Nothing.
