Thanks, Eric. Do you have a link? I'd like to read the fine print.
* An open license on the text might supersede the TOS. Users might be protected for making uses allowed by the open license even if not allowed by the TOS.
* If the TOS pretend to restrict that, I'd like to complain to the press.
* It doesn't matter for this purpose, but both my MITPress books are hosted in many places other than the MITPress site and those copies aren't covered by the TOS.
