today i did a new thing that i have not done before

there is a circuit i can follow, partly road partly winding old broken down footpaths, that circles the peak of the mountain (where they have a cemetery) near me

i didn't have any coffee today, though i got a red bull up at the shop on the way past

i remember for some time in 2023 in cambridge i was doing this 40 minute walk thing every day, it was good... there's a little more climb in this walk but ok, about the same duration and perfect for getting the brain firing first thing in the morning
