Doing the math on Amazon I'm ashamed to say it's only about €120 savings plus the hella convenience. But we paid €70 for prime again last year, so... Adding it up, €1 a week to stick it to Bezos and Trump, while supporting local biz more (and compromising on a very few expat products which frankly I've already hoarded)? Easy.
It's only 3.5 km to stores.
Importantly, add in that last month we had a 40% returns rate bc half their products were not as advertised and/or not what we needed.
