Say someone wanted to create a bitcoin only event / conference (miniature bitcoin Miami as an example) that had a ticket price and wanted to only take sats as payment, what’s the latest and greatest way to do it? Btcpay server? Say this event would be towards the end of this year (Oct/Nov), anything better / easier coming out to keep an eye on?

Also as a non profit, all profits go to bitcoin devs, maybe Opensats or something like that. Best way to set this up?
