So many folks have this false idea that the HRT they get via the NHS will be superior and that'll they'll be closely monitored for any issues
In reality, they start you low and slow, don't follow international best practice, and only typically monitor you once every 3-6 months via a blood test.
If you do monotherapy (estradiol or testosterone) for your HRT, all you need to worry about is getting a level within a reasonable range.
