I know a lot of people who would take the offer in a heartbeat , the 5M will go to a business they start in the US , the same type of visa was available previously the only difference is it would stay as a visa and never become a resident green card so there was Zero path to citizenship .

BUT in my personal opinion becoming a US resident or citizen is the stupidest move when you’re High net worth , because US has worldwide income taxes , and the Fbar nightmare amongst others , and these people probably have income in other country , that shit is a nightmare to navigate , people usually think they’ll game the system down the line , but they end up in trouble .
