Found a sick or injured Brown-headed Cowbird in the yard today.

It always stresses me out to see an animal listless, yet clearly distressed, just lying out in the open, at risk for all sorts of predators.

Thankfully we have a wonderful and easy to use wildlife rehabilitation center a couple miles away. So I took the bird over there just now🤞
