Li-Ion can run down to 0% but if you don't charge them fully to 100% once a week they lose their calibration, and my batteries switched off at 11% as it was actually 0%. Li-Ion life is measured in full cycles, so 4,000 full cycles is about 8,000 discharges down to 50% and recharged.",
