It’s a good idea to backup your follow list from time to time. Now that you know that there is a few things you can try. Try logging in to another client to see if there is a discrepancy in your follow account. I bet primal or one of the clients you used wiped your entire list when you went to follow someone new. The client most likely didn’t pull your follow list before adding the new follow. There are a couple of clients that do backups automatically but I just woke up and am having a major brain fart.
