Primal must offer only one wallet company option and is prohibited from prompting for an implementation like NWC to satisfy that wallet requirement because posts are products and are considered in-app purchases?
BS.
No way: because first of all, what’s it to Apple which wallet is integrated (unless it’s forced kyc on that wallet and if that’s true, Primal is not being transparent about that KYC submission—a red flag). Furthermore, the user has already received the product, nothing unlocks post-zap—this is a voluntary donation and might have well been agnostic to the content posted.
but…let’s assume the above is being illogically enforced.
The ux experience on Damus is one more phone touch — on the the little zap icon on top of EACH post. Primal thinks it’s worth it to dox users and lock them into one wallet option because they want one less touch.
I call bullshit, no Bitcoiner would agree to that tradeoff.
