A strange learning/media consumption trend I have noticed in my students. Five years ago for computer based projects (CAD/basic programming) I would create video tutorials that allowed students to work at their own pace. They generally liked these and all attempted the video tutorials without complaint.
Now they hate them and often refuse to watch the videos. Often wearing headphones seems to be the big sticking point, many attempting with only auto generated CC.
I'm not sure why.
