The amount of icing on cake and cupcakes is growing exponentially. When I was a kid, it was a 1:10 ratio of icing to cake. Now we are at 7:10. At this rate, in a few years, we will have thirteen icing to 10 cake. I just want some pleasant icing flavor to go with my tasty cake. Not an overwhelmingly sweet and kind of slimy bomb in my mouth with a mouse’s crumb of cake.
