#Apple audio/video people, I could use your help: My FIL replaced a 2nd or 3rd gen #AppleTV with the current 4K model. Now when he turns the ATV on, it displays green on the entire HDTV for 2-3 seconds, then the normal ATV interface appears.
TV is Samsung 65” 1080p 60hz. Hooked up to older receiver via an HDMI -> optical cable converter (only input it supports; no HDMI ports).
Any idea what could cause that green signal? A/V is not my strong suit.
