Like idk who you all are thinking are going to take care of you when you are older but nursing homes are like barely working now and definitely will be a thing for only the wealthy the longer things go unless there's an overhaul of the entire system and somehow birthrates and/or immigration greatly increase. That's not even getting into social security and Medicare cuts.
Friends living with and helping friends is the system I see most common folks going to.
