This shows that the police could roll up any mafia or drug gang in 2 or 3 weeks just by network analysis and electronic surveillance. The most important thing about communication is not what you say but whom you are talking to. After about 2 weeks everybody has to go outside or get cash from the bank, so that is how they find you.
They just choose not to do this.
