I keep hearing deranged leftists (the redundancy is for emphesis) say that Trump and Doge do not have the legal authority to cut funds allocated by Congress.
But under the biden fiasco huge sums of money were spent that was not specifically authorized by congress. This is not unusual, as congress just throws huge buckets of money, with very little guidance, at the great swamp.
