"content": "I almost panicked when I ran out of conical filters for my automatic pour-over coffee maker. But this gave me the opportunity to try some other brewing methods. I used my ceramic Hay brewer to make a form of steeped filtered coffee yesterday. Today I used a reusable cloth filter with an old Melitta cone to make a manual pour-over coffee. Tomorrow I’ll pull out my old French press and try that. So far my preference: steeped filtered coffee with my simple Hay ceramic pot. #coffeegeek nostr:npub1ep8n2uxqvdxgqcud4ldtg7pdp8jrdws23sxk7psywef4tytmm5hqxz29a5",
