What era did you grow up in? What style do you look back and actually cringe over, knowing you wore it with pride?

I grew up in the 80s. My hair could have taken over Pennsylvania. Not only that, but the amount of Aqua Net required to keep such hairstyles going was enough to qualify us as walking fire hazards.
