The best thing I can say for some of the examples I've seen—you could take the broad structure of the points made, then rewrite the whole thing to actually be detailed and convincing (and verify that the asserted facts are true).
At that point, you've basically written the whole thing... so not sure what value the computer generated text has added to the process.
