He's using a pair of Knipex(sp?) pliers. From what I understand, they make my ChannelLock look bad. Even if they're made in Germany, I can't convince myself to cough up the substantial difference. Not without ever having tried them.
Home Depot should have a little display, how hard is it to screw a couple of pipe flanges to plywood? They could even ask Knipex to supply some modified ones (so a coated security cable can be attached).
