Basically comes to the same conclusion, UPFs are not great but okay to eat them in moderation (and I do occasionally eat them, maybe two or three times a year I might have Quorn or a fake chicken kiev), but my own personal preference is to cook everything from scratch using original foods or low processed items (eg pasta)",
